Guide to Microsoft SPLA Monthly Usage
Reporting
When is reporting due?
Usage Reporting is due on the last day of each month for each
usage period. Eg. Sept usage due on the 30th
Sept.
Reporting Portal:
To submit your order click
here
Enter your "User name" and password.
These should have been provided to you when you registered with
SPLA.
If your login details were not received or you need them
reissued please contact Partner Services via email.
A welcome page will appear after you have logged
in.
Please read the information on this page and then click
on "new order" at the top of the screen.
Step 1: Select your agreement
In the grid on the left side of your screen, click on the
agreement you wish to report for.
Details of that agreement, including the previous months' order
amounts will appear in the "Selected Agreement Details" table to
the right.
Step 2: Start your Order
Click on the Start Order button at the top of the Selected
Agreements Details table.
This will then populate the Build Order page, from which
you can create your order in one of three ways:
1. ZERO USAGE
REPORT
If you have no license usage to report this month, simply
click the Zero Usage button
2. LOAD LAST REPORT
This button loads your previous month's order so that you
need only edit quantities and/or add and remove items if required
before submitting.
Unless you are a newly signed partner, your previous month's
order should load if you choose this option.
3. ADD ITEMS FROM THE PRODUCT
LIST
Search by product number or name, browse through product
names or use one of the pre-set searches to find the products you
would like to add to your report.
Double-clicking on an item will add 1 item to your order,
clicking on the add to order button in the Selected Product Details
table will add the quantity in the quantity field. New and deleted
items are colour coded in the product list for ease of
reference.
Please don't forget to include Your Reference in the
field at the top.
Step 3: Preview and Submit your Order
Click on the Preview button and review your order.
To make any changes, hit the Back button and edit your order as
required.
Once you are satisfied that the order is correct, hit the
Preview button again and then hit Submit.
An order confirmation will be sent automatically to your
company's nominated Usage Report Contact.
